Host Product Update: New Family Sign-Up Notifications
When a new family signs up for June Care near you, we will let you know via SMS so you can welcome them to our community... and introduce yourself as a potential, future host option!
New family notifications
When a New Family signs up near you, June Care will send you a notification to let you know via SMS (or push notification if you have the June Care App).
You can see New Families on your June Care page… notice they look different than care requests.
New Family sign-ups will show up on your June Care page under “work near me,” but notice how they look different than posted care requests. Look for the “wave” emoji to differentiate New Family sign-ups from posted care request.
Pro Tip: A lot of hosts get booked because they reach out to families when they first sign-up, so it’s still a good idea to say hello and make yourself known. ;)
Too many notifications?
No worries. You can turn off New Family Sign-Up Notifications from your Account->Settings in your June Care App.
