  • All Provider Bonuses are included in your next Provider Payout after a June Care booking. For example, if you have $100 in Provider Bonuses, you will receive an extra $100 in addition to the money you’ve earned by providing June Care.

    In order for a booking to qualify toward a bonus, the booking must be completed and paid for by the family.

  • You can earn bonuses by sharing your profile link with potential new families:

    • New Family Sign-Up Bonus: When a new family signs up for June Care using your shared profile link and books care, you earn a $25 provider payout bonus.

    • Booking with You Bonus: If a new family signs up with your link and books care with you, the booking must be at least $250 worth of June Care for you to earn the bonus.

  • Qualified matches are unique matches between a provider and a family with total combined bookings of at least $200 or 10 hours of care. For example:

    • Not Qualified:

      • Match with Family A totaling 9 hours of care or $180.

      • Match with Family B totaling 5 hours of care or $100.

    • Qualified:

      • Match with Family C totaling 10 hours of care or $100.

      • Match with Family D totaling 8 hours of care or $200.

    Matches become qualified as soon as the required hours or value threshold is met.

  • Item desA qualified booking is any single booking that is equal to or greater than 4 hours of care or $50 worth of June Care. Bookings are not cumulative; they are either qualified or not.  For example:

    • Not Qualified:

      • Booking with Family A for 2 hours x $15 / hour

      • Booking with Family B for 3 hours x $10 / hour

    • Qualified:

      • Booking with Family C for 2 hours x $25 / hour

      • Match with Family D for 4 hours x $10 / hourription

  • If a family cancels a booking, the hours or value of that booking will not count towards qualified bookings or matches. Make sure to communicate with families to confirm bookings and avoid cancellations.

  • Yes! We offer several resources to help you promote your profile:

    1. Share Your Profile: Share your profile via text, email, social media or by copying and pasting your link.

    2. Use Your QR Code: Download your QR code (which links to your profile) to include on postcards, business cards, fliers, signs and stickers and more from our June Care ProShop.

    Rep the Brand: Visit our June Care ProShop to purchase t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, and other branded items. Always carry your postcards or business cards (with your unique QR code) to promote June Care when people inquire about your branded items.

  • Yes, you can view a summary of your earned bonuses and their status in your June Care provider dashboard. This summary includes details on qualified bookings, matches, and pending payouts.

  • The June Care Provider rewards program is effective as of July 25, 2024, for all providers, regardless of prior bookings or matches. Bookings or matches prior to this date do not count towards your Rewards bonuses. The family must complete and pay for the booking for it to count toward your bonus.

    Provider rewards will replace prior provider incentives, including the Meet & Greet bonus.
