About the Program
June Care Ambassadors are moms who represent June Care’s mission and vision. They are passionate about what we are trying to build and excited to share June Care with their communities.
What to expect from us
As an Ambassador Mom you are a critical part of the June Care team. We will provide you with training, coaching, resources and assets to help you build brand awareness and drive new June Care families to the platform. We will share all of our best practices with you so that you (and we!) can be successful!

Earn Money
Being an Ambassador Mom is something you can do as part of your regular day (similar to hosting June Care!). Ambassadors are paid monthly, based on the new families they bring into our June Care Community.
Grow Your Network
As an Ambassador Mom, you will work side-by-side with the June Care team and other Ambassador Moms to share best practices. Enjoy this opportunity to be part of creating a new and better approach to childcare.
Build Your Resume
Nothing builds your resume like hands-on experience. Our Ambassador Program offers a paid opportunity to develop important marketing, planning and sales skills within a fast-growing start-up.

June Care offers a very flexible schedule. Most ambassadors commit to about 8 - 12 hours per week at a schedule that works for her. There is a review cycle every three months to evaluate benchmarks to determine an exit or meeting graduation milestones for additional responsibilities / opportunities.

As an Ambassador, your primary goal is to drive “word-of-mom” through marketing and recruiting efforts locally. Examples of these efforts include recruitment via social media platforms and your personal network, sharing June Care with local businesses (fliers, postcards, etc.), hosting monthly June Care “Join Ups” and representing June Care at local events. You will also have the opportunity to participate in monthly Founder Facetime calls and join our private Ambassador group.

Our most successful Ambassadors share the following attributes:
A parent who is already active on the June Care platform and truly passionate about the mission, model and brand
Has a track record of “hustle”
Well-networked with other families (IRL or Virtual)
Experience creating social media content and willing to follow brand guidelines
Place high-value on a flexible work schedule and environment while juggling all things #momlife
A desire to learn and grow, stepping outside her comfort zone

All Ambassadors must be active users of the June Care platform.

After you apply, you will be contacted by one of our founding team members to schedule an interview via Zoom. Upon completion of the interview process is the onboarding process where you will have a 1:1 to go over the Ambassador toolkit, available resources and a guide for launching.
